Mike, I just wanted to let you know how much it meant to me that Dale Francis took the time to help me during a very difficult situation. I recently bought a car from a Toyota dealer in Chander, AZ. I took the car to your body shop where your body men took the time to look at the car and confirmed that it had some significant damage. Everyone in your body shop was professional and seemed concerned. Dale took the time to meet me at the Toyota dealer here in Colorado Springs to meet with the manager to show him the problems with the car I had purchsed. It made the difference in me being able to take the car back to Toyota in Chandler. It means that much more that he did it out of kindness, not because he would gain anything on a personal or professional level. You have a body shop that is an asset to your dealership.
